Second Quarter

In response, the Nugs mounted a comeback in the second quarter. Jamal Murray led this charge with his impressive shooting accuracy, contributing significantly to Denver's 41-point haul in this period. Nikola Jokić also played a pivotal role by facilitating plays and securing rebounds. Despite their efforts, Denver trailed slightly behind as they headed into halftime.

Third Quarter

The third quarter was marked by intense back-and-forth action between both teams. The Nuggets managed to outscore San Antonio by just one point during this segment, thanks largely to Cameron Johnson's sharp shooting from beyond the arc and Tim Hardaway Jr.'s contributions off the bench. However, turnovers proved costly for Denver as they struggled to maintain possession under pressure from San Antonio's defense.

Fourth Quarter

As tensions rose in the final quarter, both teams battled fiercely for control of the game. Peyton Watson made crucial defensive stops while Zeke Nnaji added valuable points in paint play for Denver. Yet it was not enough; despite leading for over half of total game time and achieving an impressive field goal percentage of 53 percent overall, they were unable to stave off defeat.

Ultimately, it was key plays from San Antonio that sealed their victory with a final scoreline reading 139-136 against Denver Nuggets vs San Antonio Spurs final score reflecting how closely contested this matchup truly was.

Looking ahead after this narrow loss during what has been an otherwise strong season so far (13-6), fans can catch up next when 'the Nugs' travel southward facing Phoenix Suns on November 29th at Mortgage Matchup Center scheduled around evening hours starting approximately around nine o'clock Eastern Standard Time broadcasted live across networks such as ALT TV among others available online via streaming services like Suns+ internet platform too!
