Second Quarter


In the second quarter, both teams matched each other point for point with each scoring 31. The Nugs maintained their lead thanks to a strong performance from Jamal Murray who added crucial points and assists. Meanwhile, Toronto's Scottie Barnes kept his team competitive by driving through Denver’s defense effectively.


Third Quarter


As the third quarter unfolded, Denver managed to score 22 points while Toronto slightly edged them out with 25. Jonas Valančiūnas was pivotal for Denver under the basket as he secured rebounds and blocked shots that thwarted several of Toronto’s attempts to close in on their lead.


Fourth Quarter


The final quarter saw a tense battle as both teams fought hard until the end. The Nugs scored another 21 points while holding off a late surge from Jurassic Park who put up 24 points. Despite this push from Toronto, timely defensive plays by Peyton Watson helped secure a narrow victory for Denver.
