This win was characterized by an impressive second-quarter surge where they racked up 40 points, showcasing their ability to generate high-scoring periods. The team's overall efficiency rating stood out at 127, indicating effective play on both ends of the court.


Defensively, Detroit demonstrated tenacity with 11 steals and limited turnovers to just 13, reflecting a disciplined approach to ball handling and possession control. Offensively, they were led by strong assist numbers—31 in total—which speaks volumes about their collaborative play style and ball distribution.

The Pistons also capitalized on fast-break opportunities, scoring 18 points from such plays. Their three-point shooting was solid at approximately 37 percent success rate; combined with nearly an 80 percent free-throw completion rate, it's clear that shooting accuracy has been a focus for them.


However, one area where improvement could be seen is in field goal percentage which stood around just above 42 percent—indicating room for growth in shot selection and execution.
