Recent performances have seen the Pistons struggle with consistency. In their last game against the Boston Celtics, they suffered a 102-129 loss on home turf. The team's offensive efforts were notable with a 64 percent success rate in two-point attempts and scoring 60 points in the paint. However, turnovers proved costly as they gave up possession 19 times leading to 27 points for the Celtics.

The previous encounter with Indiana Pacers also ended in defeat for Detroit, albeit by a narrower margin of 103-122. Their free throw accuracy was impressive at 80 percent but was overshadowed by their inability to contain Pacers' offense which dominated inside with 70 paint points.

In an away game versus Celtics earlier in March, Detroit managed only 94 points compared to Boston's commanding total of 119. While they maintained an admirable free throw percentage of 87 and contributed a solid effort from their bench with 42 points, it wasn't enough to secure victory.

The upcoming game presents another opportunity for Detroit Pistons fans to see if their team can improve upon these areas and reduce turnovers that have plagued recent performances. With each game being an opportunity for growth and development, particularly for younger players gaining valuable experience this season.
