On defense, Isaiah Stewart made his presence felt with two blocks while Harris led with three steals, underlining Detroit's defensive efforts that limited New York's scoring opportunities.


New York Knicks' Valiant Effort


Despite falling short, the New York Knicks displayed commendable tenacity. They managed to out-rebound Detroit with a total of 48 rebounds compared to Detroit’s 44 and had more assists (26) than their opponents (20). Julius Randle led his team both offensively and defensively but couldn't steer them towards victory against a determined Pistons squad.
