Pistons' Key Performances


Cade Cunningham led the charge for Detroit with an impressive performance, scoring 31 points and dishing out five assists. His shooting was efficient from both inside and beyond the arc, hitting 59 percent of his field goals overall and an exceptional 67 percent from three-point range. Jalen Duren also made significant contributions with a double-double consisting of 13 points and grabbing an impressive total of 13 rebounds. Malik Beasley came off the bench to add firepower with his contribution of 17 points, showcasing his defensive skills with four steals.


Despite their efforts, turnovers were a challenge for Detroit as they gave up possession twenty times during this encounter. However, their aggressive playstyle did draw fouls effectively leading to them attempting thirty-six free throws throughout the game.

Stephen Curry's leadership on court was pivotal in maintaining momentum for Golden State as they managed to secure twelve steals equaling that of Detroit's effort but edged ahead through better assist turnover ratio showcasing superior ball handling under pressure.
