As the Houston Rockets prepare to take on the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center, fans can anticipate an intriguing matchup. The Rockets have been navigating through a challenging season, with their recent games reflecting a mix of resilience and struggle.

In their last three outings, the Rockets have shown some offensive firepower but have also been plagued by defensive issues. They put up 101 points against the Clippers but allowed 109 in return, highlighting a need for tightening up their defense. Their scoring has been consistent, with 93 points against another bout with the Clippers and an impressive 109 points when facing off against the Suns. However, defense remains a concern as they conceded 95 and 124 points in those games respectively.

The team's shooting efficiency has seen fluctuations; they shot an effective field goal percentage of around 50 percent against both the Suns and Clippers in one game but dipped to approximately 43 percent in another clash with LA. Rebounding has been a strong suit for Houston; they outrebounded their opponents twice in these matchups and were competitive on the boards even when they didn't come out on top.

One area where Houston could capitalize is second-chance points; they've shown an ability to score after grabbing offensive rebounds which could be crucial if shots aren't falling initially. Assists turnover ratio is another aspect that needs attention as it indicates how well they're sharing the ball without giving away possessions.

As we look ahead to their game at Target Center, it's clear that if Houston can harness their scoring ability while shoring up defensively – particularly by reducing opponent's high-percentage shots – there's potential for them to disrupt Minnesota’s rhythm.

The upcoming game is scheduled for November 6th at Minneapolis' Target Center. Fans can catch all the action live on SportsNet SW or BSN networks depending on their location.
