In their last game on November 18 against the LA Clippers, despite a valiant effort and leading for over 14 minutes, HOU fell short by six points with a final score of 100-106. The team displayed resilience and managed to outperform in fast break points with 19 compared to Clippers' four. However, turnovers were an issue as they gave up possession 17 times which translated into 26 points for the Clippers.

On November 13, HOU faced off against Denver Nuggets at Toyota Center and emerged victorious with a score of 107-104. This win was characterized by an impressive bench performance contributing 31 points and showcasing depth that could be pivotal in upcoming games. They also demonstrated efficiency from the free-throw line shooting nearly 80 percent which could be crucial in close encounters.

Against New Orleans Pelicans on November 11, HOU secured another win with a scoreline of 104-101. Once again turnovers played a significant role as they capitalized on Pelicans' mistakes scoring 27 points off turnovers while limiting their own to nine.

Looking ahead to facing LAL, it's clear that minimizing turnovers will be critical for HOU's success. With players coming off strong bench performances and showing tenacity in clutch moments, there is potential for an upset despite playing away from home.

The defense will need to step up significantly; containing LAL's offense requires discipline and focus throughout all four quarters. Rebounding has been solid for HOU recently; maintaining this trend will help control possession and limit second-chance opportunities for LAL.

Offensively, maximizing fast break opportunities where they've shown efficiency can give them an edge over LAL who may not match up well in transition defense. Capitalizing on free throws remains essential – every point counts especially when playing in such a high-pressure environment like Crypto.com Arena.

The scheduled game is set for November 20 at Crypto.com Arena starting at what would be local time (Los Angeles) around Sunday evening (6:30 PM PST). Fans won't want to miss this matchup which promises intensity and excitement as these two teams battle it out on court.
