The Rockets have shown a mixed bag of results in their last few outings. Their most recent game against the Phoenix Suns ended in a narrow victory with a score of 114-110. This win was characterized by a significant contribution from the bench, which added 36 points to the team's total and showcased Houston's depth. Despite turning over the ball 14 times, they managed an offensive rating of approximately 109 points per hundred possessions and outrebounded their opponents with a total of 67 rebounds.

However, consistency remains an issue for Houston as evidenced by their performance against New Orleans Pelicans just prior. In that encounter, they suffered a heavy defeat with a final scoreline reading 105-127 against them. The team struggled defensively allowing an offensive rating over 116 points per hundred possessions while committing an alarming number of turnovers at 24.

Their visit to Memphis also ended in disappointment despite putting up a valiant effort offensively scoring 113 points but ultimately conceding more defensively which led them down with final figures showing on scoreboard as 113-121.

Looking ahead to facing off against LA Clippers, it is crucial that Houston maintains its offensive efficiency while tightening up defense if they wish not only compete but also secure another win under belt especially considering how close these games have been recently – four ties and five lead changes during last match-up alone!
