Will the Houston Rockets Extend Their Winning Streak Against the Chicago Bulls?

As the Houston Rockets prepare to host the Chicago Bulls at Toyota Center, fans are buzzing with anticipation. The Rockets, coming off a solid victory against the Sacramento Kings on March 10th, where they scored 112 points and led for over 19 minutes of game time, are looking to continue their momentum. With a record of 29 wins and 35 losses after that game, they've shown resilience and an ability to close out games.

The previous matchup saw the Rockets dominate in various aspects of play. They managed an impressive field goal percentage of 46 percent and were even more lethal from beyond the arc with a three-point shooting percentage of 41 percent. Their free-throw accuracy was also noteworthy at an efficient rate of 82 percent.

Defensively, HOU was just as formidable; they held their opponents to a defensive rating just above one point per possession while maintaining an offensive rating that exceeded their defensive performance. This balance between offense and defense could be key against CHI.

The bench contributed significantly with 37 points in that game, showcasing depth that could prove vital as fatigue sets in towards the end of this season. Moreover, HOU's ability to capitalize on turnovers – scoring 15 points off them – is something they'll look to replicate against CHI.

On March 9th against Portland Trail Blazers, HOU's performance was even more dominant as they put up a staggering total of 123 points with an efficiency game score surpassing their previous outing by nearly thirty-four points. The team's ball movement was exceptional; dishing out thirty-three assists while turning over the ball only seven times reflects their cohesive team play.

However, it wasn't all smooth sailing for HOU recently; facing LA Clippers on March 7th resulted in a narrow defeat despite leading for most of the match and achieving a substantial lead at one point. This loss highlighted some areas for improvement such as free throw accuracy which stood at just fifty-nine percent during this encounter.

Looking ahead to CHI's visit on March 21st at Toyota Center – fans can expect another thrilling contest where HOU will aim to leverage its home-court advantage and extend its winning ways before its supportive crowd. With recent performances indicating strong offensive capabilities coupled with tenacious defense when it matters most - there is every reason for optimism among Rocket supporters.

Fans eager not to miss any action can tune into Space City Home Network or NBCS-CHI at exactly seven o'clock in the evening Central Time Zone (CT) on Thursday night for what promises to be another exciting chapter in this NBA season.
