In their last game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Rockets secured a victory with a score of 117-103. Their offense was firing on all cylinders, shooting 48 percent from the field and an impressive 36 percent from beyond the arc. The team also dominated on rebounds with a total of 55, outperforming their opponents by seven boards.

Prior to that win, they faced off against Washington Wizards and showcased an even more potent offense by putting up 135 points and shooting an astounding 59 percent from the field. Their three-point shooting was notably effective at 43 percent. Defensively, they held strong despite allowing 119 points due to high offensive efficiency which led them to lead for nearly the entire game.

However, it's not all smooth sailing for Houston; in their encounter with San Antonio Spurs before these two wins, they barely edged out a victory with a scoreline of 103-101. This close call highlighted some areas for improvement as turnovers were higher than desired at thirteen and three-point shooting was just above average at 31 percent.

The upcoming game will test whether Houston can continue its offensive prowess while tightening up defensively. With Utah Jazz known for their disciplined playstyle and home-court advantage in Salt Lake City's Delta Center, it will be crucial for Houston to maintain focus throughout all four quarters.
