On defense, Houston showcased its prowess by accumulating ten blocks throughout the game against Washington's five. This defensive effort limited Washington's scoring opportunities and played a crucial role in extending their lead.


Washington Wizards' Efforts


Despite trailing behind for most of the match, The Wizards managed to put up a fight through their steal count standing at fourteen compared to Houston's twelve steals which reflects their aggressive defense strategy albeit not enough to secure them a win this time around.
