Houston Rockets: A Closer Look at Their Victory

The Rockets led for most of the game, maintaining control for over 43 minutes and achieving their largest lead of 17 points. Their offensive efforts were spearheaded by Jalen Green who scored an impressive 29 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and made three steals. His performance was not only pivotal but also showcased his efficiency on both ends of the court with an offensive rating of 136.6 and a defensive rating of 108.9.

Tari Eason also made significant contributions with a double-double consisting of 15 points and ten rebounds, further solidifying his role within the team's dynamic structure. Alperen Sengun's perfect shooting night resulted in him tallying up to 20 points alongside seven assists, demonstrating his versatility as a center.

Defensively, Fred VanVleet stood out by securing four steals which contributed to Phoenix's total turnovers count reaching seventeen for this game. The collective effort from Houston led them to outrebound Phoenix with a total rebound count of forty-eight compared to forty-four from their opponents.

Phoenix Suns: Efforts in Vain

They were efficient from two-point range hitting sixty-four percent of those attempts which kept them competitive until late into the fourth quarter.

Their bench contributed thirty-five points but struggled against Houston’s aggressive defense which limited them significantly below their average scoring output this season.
