In their last game against the New Orleans Pelicans at home, the Clippers fell short by 21 points, scoring 91 against the Pelicans' 112. Despite this loss, there were positive takeaways; they managed to put up a strong fight in quarters one and two but struggled in the third quarter which ultimately set them back. Their bench contributed significantly with 46 points, showcasing depth that could be pivotal in upcoming games.

Prior to that game, during an away match against Oklahoma City Thunder, we saw another tough battle where they scored 110 points but conceded 118. The team's field goal percentage was impressive at around 54 percent from two-point range and they dominated in paint scoring with a remarkable tally of 68 points. However, turnovers were an issue as they gave up possession on twenty occasions.

Earlier still in another face-off with Thunder on enemy territory, defensive prowess was on display as evidenced by their fourteen blocks. Yet offensive struggles persisted; while managing only three points off turnovers compared to Thunder's twenty-three indicates room for better ball control and transition defense.

The trends suggest that while offense has its moments of brilliance particularly inside scoring and bench contributions – defensive consistency and ball security need attention if they're aiming for victory against Houston Rockets.

Fans can catch this exciting encounter scheduled for November 1st at Crypto.com Arena or tune into KTLA for live coverage starting from half-past midnight UTC (7:30 PM local time).
