In their last game on December 13 against the Indiana Pacers, the Miami Heat showcased a solid defense with only 2 blocks but managed to keep their opponents at bay, allowing just 82 points. The defensive rating of approximately 84 suggests that when they're locked in defensively, they can stifle even the most potent offenses. With an offensive rating of around 91 and a true shooting percentage nearing 48 percent, it's clear that efficiency is key for Miami.

The Heat's ability to control the game was evident as they led for over 38 minutes and maintained a lead as large as 19 points. Despite shooting only around 27 percent from beyond the arc, they found ways to score inside with nearly half of their points coming from within the paint.

However, it wasn't all smooth sailing; turnovers were an issue with a total of 14 against Indiana. This is something they'll need to tighten up against Oklahoma City if they want to maintain control of the game.

Looking back further at their December 10 encounter with San Antonio Spurs reveals more about this team’s character. Even though it ended in defeat (115-111), there were positive takeaways – particularly their fighting spirit shown by leading for almost half an hour and achieving an eight-point lead during playtime.

Their offense was more fluid in this game compared to previous ones; evidenced by a higher field goal percentage (around 48 percent) and three-point shooting accuracy (approximately 38 percent). The bench contributed significantly too but ultimately fell short due largely because San Antonio outperformed them offensively.

The upcoming contest will not be easy; Oklahoma City will have home-court advantage and will look to exploit any weaknesses shown by Miami recently. However, if Miami can replicate its defensive prowess from its last outing while improving ball security and maintaining offensive efficiency seen against San Antonio – there’s every reason for optimism among fans.

The scheduled tip-off is set for December 14 at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City at local time zone equivalent of Eastern Time Zone - which means fans should tune into Bally Sports Sun network channel number six hundred fifty-three or visit Bally Sports Oklahoma channel six hundred seventy-five where live broadcast coverage awaits those who cannot make it person witness action unfold live before eyes!
