Wizards' Struggle Against Heat Defense

On defense, Miami was equally effective. They limited Washington Wizards to shooting just 37 percent from the field and an even lower three-point percentage at 29 percent. Despite having more attempts from beyond the arc (35), Washington struggled to convert these opportunities into significant points.

The Wizards did manage to put up a fight during certain stretches of the game; they had moments where they outscored Miami in terms of fast break and second-chance points but were unable to sustain this effort consistently across all four quarters.
