First Quarter

The opening quarter saw the Heat take an early lead with strong performances from key players. Kel'el Ware was instrumental in this period, contributing significantly with his scoring and rebounding efforts. The Heat managed to outscore the Mavs 33-28, showcasing their offensive capabilities early on.

Second Quarter

However, as the second quarter unfolded, the Mavs began to find their rhythm. They surged ahead by scoring 36 points compared to Miami's 21. This shift was largely due to Dallas' effective shooting from beyond the arc and solid defensive plays that stifled Miami's attack.

Third Quarter

In the third quarter, both teams battled fiercely for control. Bam Adebayo made his presence felt with crucial points and rebounds for Miami. Despite his efforts and those of Davion Mitchell who provided valuable assists, Dallas maintained their lead by adding another 29 points while limiting Miami to just 26.

Fourth Quarter

As they entered the final quarter trailing behind, Miami attempted a comeback led by Jaime Jaquez Jr., whose defensive prowess resulted in multiple steals that turned into fast-break opportunities for Flash. Yet despite these game-changing plays between Miami Heat vs Dallas Mavericks and an impressive bench contribution totaling 48 points throughout the match-up summary; it wasn't enough as Big D held firm defensively allowing only minimal gains during critical moments which ultimately sealed their victory over Flash at home court advantage setting up what could be considered one major turning point within this season thus far!
