Second Quarter

As the second quarter unfolded, both teams displayed solid defense. The Heat managed to add another 25 points to their tally while maintaining pressure on OKC. However, despite their efforts, they couldn't extend their lead significantly as the Thunder kept pace by scoring 22 points.

Third Quarter

The third quarter saw a shift in momentum as Oklahoma City surged ahead with an impressive performance. They scored a remarkable 39 points during this period. Miami struggled defensively and offensively during this stretch but still managed to put up 26 points thanks to contributions from Bam Adebayo and Davion Mitchell.

Fourth Quarter

In the final quarter at Paycom Center, OKC continued its dominance by adding another 31 points while limiting Miami to just 27. Despite Herro’s consistent shooting and Adebayo’s defensive efforts throughout the game, it wasn't enough for Miami to reclaim control or close down on OKC’s lead.

The match concluded with Oklahoma City securing victory over Miami with a final score of 124-112. This result leaves Miami at a record of 20-19 while OKC advances further into their successful season at home.
