Timberwolves' Tactical Mastery

The Timberwolves showcased a balanced and efficient game, both offensively and defensively. With an overall team efficiency rating of 136, they outperformed the Hornets in nearly every aspect of the game. The home team's defense was particularly stifling, recording eight blocks and seven steals, which contributed to limiting the Hornets to shooting just 40 percent from the field.

Offensively, Minnesota was on fire from beyond the arc, hitting 18 three-pointers at an impressive rate of 47 percent. This long-range bombardment was part of why they were able to maintain control for over 38 minutes of game time and build their largest lead to an insurmountable 30 points.
