Wolves' Paint Power Falls Short as Rockets Launch to Victory

The Minnesota Timberwolves faced off against the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center, resulting in a 110-105 defeat for the Wolves. This game brought Minnesota's record to 27-15, while Houston improved to 24-15.

First Quarter


The opening quarter saw a strong start from the Wolves, who took an early lead with a score of 34 points compared to the Rockets' 29. Rudy Gobert made his presence felt in the paint with his defensive prowess, contributing significantly with rebounds and blocks. The Wolves capitalized on their fast break opportunities, scoring efficiently and maintaining control.


Second Quarter


In the second quarter, however, momentum shifted towards H-Town as they tightened their defense and outscored Minnesota by three points. Despite Naz Reid's impressive shooting accuracy—hitting over 70 percent from both two-point and three-point ranges—the Twolves struggled to maintain their offensive rhythm. Third Quarter
