In their last outing against the Memphis Grizzlies, New Orleans demonstrated defensive prowess by limiting their opponents to just 87 points while scoring 96 themselves. Their efficiency rating stood out at an impressive 105, coupled with a true shooting percentage of 54 percent. The team's ability to capitalize on turnovers was evident as they scored 25 points off their opponent's mistakes.

The Pelicans' performance on the court has been characterized by strong teamwork and ball movement, as seen in their previous game against Portland where they dished out 27 assists and maintained an assist-turnover ratio of over two. This focus on sharing the ball has been key in creating high-percentage shots which resulted in a field goal percentage of 47 percent for that game.

However, it wasn't all smooth sailing in their recent games; despite scoring an impressive 122 points against Los Angeles Lakers, they allowed a staggering 139 points. This defensive lapse was reflected in both teams' offensive ratings – while New Orleans had an offensive rating of around 119, they struggled defensively with a rating exceeding 132.

The upcoming clash with Miami Heat promises to be an exciting one as both teams vie for dominance on the court. Fans can expect another display of strategic plays and dynamic basketball from their beloved Pelicans.
