The third quarter saw an equally impressive performance from New York as they scored another 30 points. Although they slowed down slightly in the fourth quarter with only 20 points scored, their earlier efforts ensured they maintained a comfortable lead throughout.

This inside dominance translated into a paint shot success rate of approximately two-thirds for those attempts.

The team capitalized on turnovers by scoring an additional twenty-three points off them and showed prowess on fast breaks where nine out of fourteen attempts were successful.

Julius Randle led his team effectively throughout this encounter, contributing significantly across various aspects including scoring and rebounding which played pivotal roles in securing this win for New York.

Portland Trail Blazers put up resistance but struggled to match New York’s intensity across all four quarters.
