In that game against the Lakers, OKC led for just over three minutes and had a slight edge in two-point percentage at 61 percent compared to their opponents' 53 percent. However, it was their three-point shooting that let them down; converting only 32 percent from beyond the arc is something they'll need to address before facing Orlando.

The previous home game on December 22nd against the LA Clippers showcased OKC's offensive prowess as they dominated with a score of 134-115. Their field goal percentage stood at an impressive 59 percent and even more remarkable was their free throw accuracy which hit an astounding 89 percent. The bench contributed significantly with 35 points and defensively, they managed to block five shots while stealing nine times from Clippers' possessions.

Against Memphis Grizzlies on December 19th, OKC demonstrated defensive strength by blocking ten shots and making eleven steals leading to a comfortable win of 116-97. They capitalized on turnovers scoring an impressive total of thirty-one points off them. This kind of defensive pressure will be crucial when facing Orlando's offense.

The upcoming match-up presents Oklahoma City Thunder with an opportunity to bounce back from their loss against Lakers and continue building upon their victories over Clippers and Grizzlies. The key factors for success will likely hinge upon improving three-point accuracy while maintaining strong defense that forces turnovers.

Orlando Magic should not be underestimated though; any team can rise to the occasion especially when playing at home in front of supportive fans. It will be essential for OKC to control the pace early on and establish dominance inside paint where they've been particularly effective recently.
