In that nail-biting game against the Knicks, OKC demonstrated resilience and strategic prowess. With an impressive 54 percent field goal percentage and a remarkable 65 percent two-point shooting rate, they showcased their efficiency inside the arc. Despite only converting half of their free throws, OKC's ability to draw fouls and create scoring opportunities was evident as they drew 19 fouls from their opponents.

The bench played a crucial role in that victory by contributing a significant 36 points. This depth will be vital when facing DAL's formidable lineup. Moreover, OKC's defense was stout; recording eight blocks and six steals indicates an aggressive defensive stance that could disrupt DAL's offensive flow.

OKC also displayed dominance in their previous home game against Phoenix Suns on March 30th with an overwhelming win of 128-103. Their offensive firepower was on full display as they shot an astounding 56 percent from both field goals and two-point range while sinking every single one of their free throws – showcasing not just skill but also composure under pressure.

The bench again proved instrumental by adding another hefty contribution of 43 points to the scoreboard. The team’s ability to share the ball was apparent with them racking up more assists than turnovers which is indicative of cohesive team play – something that will undoubtedly challenge DAL’s defense.

However, it wasn't all smooth sailing for OKC; in a hard-fought battle against Houston Rockets on March 28th at Paycom Center which went into overtime before OKC succumbed narrowly by six points (126-132). Despite this setback, there were positives: notably in paint where they scored heavily (60 points), showing tenacity around the basket which could prove decisive against DAL.

Looking ahead at DAL’s performance so far this season suggests this matchup will be anything but straightforward for either side. The Mavericks have shown themselves to be formidable adversaries with solid performances throughout their campaign thus far.

With both teams boasting strong records and having demonstrated potent offensive capabilities along with gritty defensive plays throughout recent games – fans can expect nothing less than an electrifying showdown come April 14th at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City at precisely 2:30 PM CT.
