In their last game on April 14th against the Dallas Mavericks, OKC put on a scoring clinic, finishing with an impressive 135 points. Their offensive efficiency was through the roof, boasting a field goal percentage of 56 percent and sinking 41 percent from beyond the arc. The bench contributed a massive 85 points to the victory, highlighting OKC's depth and versatility.

The dominance in paint was particularly noteworthy as OKC racked up 70 points in that area alone. This inside presence coupled with their fast break execution—15 points from such plays—showed just how multifaceted this team can be. With an assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.71 and only 15 turnovers for the entire game, it's clear that ball security and distribution are strengths for this team.

Defensively, OKC wasn't slacking either; they held DAL to just 86 points—a testament to their defensive prowess—and recorded six blocks while stealing possession six times as well. They outrebounded DAL by a significant margin (67-47), which included winning second-chance opportunities by scoring 23 second-chance points from rebounds.

Looking back at another recent game on April 13th against Milwaukee Bucks shows similar trends: high-scoring offense (125 points), strong defense (holding MIL to just over one point per possession), and excellent ball movement (29 assists). The bench again played its part well with significant contributions of 46 points.

Against San Antonio Spurs on April 11th, OKC continued its pattern of overwhelming opponents both offensively—with another high score of 127—and defensively by limiting SAS to only four offensive rebounds compared to seven for themselves which translated into more scoring opportunities for OKC.

The upcoming match against NOP is expected to follow these patterns based on past performances. NOP will need an extraordinary effort if they hope to disrupt OKC's rhythm especially considering how well-rounded and efficient OKC has been playing both ends of the court recently.

With all eyes set towards Paycom Center this Saturday night at half-past eight o'clock local time (8:30 PM CDT), fans should expect nothing less than another exhilarating display from Oklahoma City Thunder as they look poised not just for victory but also possibly extending their dominance over New Orleans Pelicans even further. For those who can't make it live can catch all action broadcasted via TNT or BSOK networks ensuring no one misses out what promises be yet another thrilling encounter between these two Western Conference contenders.
