The first quarter will be crucial for setting the tone of the game. Oklahoma City will need to capitalize on their home-court advantage and come out strong against a Pacers team that has shown resilience. Chet Holmgren, playing at center, has been a consistent force in the paint for OKC. Averaging 16 points and 10 rebounds over the last three games, Holmgren's presence will be vital in controlling the boards and providing second-chance opportunities.

Second Quarter

As we move into the second quarter, expect Isaiah Joe to make an impact from beyond the arc. Although he had a quiet game recently with no points scored, Joe's shooting capability can stretch defenses and open up lanes for Gilgeous-Alexander and others to attack. Jalen Williams has also been instrumental for OKC, averaging 24 points over three games with an offensive rating of 115.

On the other side, Indiana's Tyrese Haliburton is someone who can change the game's dynamics quickly. With an average of 19 points and 8 assists per game recently, Haliburton's playmaking ability is something OKC must contain to prevent easy baskets for Indiana.

Third Quarter

The third quarter often proves decisive in playoff basketball. For OKC, maintaining momentum through this period is key. Alex Caruso has been a defensive stalwart for them; his five steals in one game against Indiana underline his knack for disrupting opponents' offenses.

Indiana’s Pascal Siakam poses a significant threat as well; he's been averaging nearly 19 points per game while contributing defensively with blocks and steals. The Thunder must keep Siakam under control if they want to maintain their lead or close any gaps during this critical phase.

Fourth Quarter

In crunch time during the fourth quarter, expect Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to take charge once again. His clutch performances have been pivotal throughout this series so far. Meanwhile, Luguentz Dort’s ability to hit timely shots could provide OKC with much-needed scoring bursts down the stretch.

For Indiana, Myles Turner’s shot-blocking ability could alter shots inside late in games—his presence around rim protection cannot be underestimated by OKC attackers looking for easy layups or dunks when it matters most.

The upcoming clash between these two teams promises excitement as both sides vie for supremacy on June 16th at Paycom Center in Oklahoma City—broadcast live on ABC at 8:30 PM ET! Don’t miss out on what promises to be another thrilling chapter between these fierce competitors!
