The Orlando Magic demonstrated resilience and strategic play against their opponents. Leading the charge for the Magic was their ability to capitalize on turnovers, scoring 18 points off turnovers compared to the Cavaliers' 12. The home team also excelled in second-chance points, outscoring the Cavaliers with 15 points from second-chance opportunities thanks to their aggressive offensive rebounding which led them to secure 15 offensive rebounds.

Orlando's defense played a crucial role in their victory as well. They managed to limit Cleveland's fast break opportunities, holding them to just 13 fast break points on a fast break shooting percentage of only 46 percent. Furthermore, Orlando showcased efficiency from both the free throw line and beyond the arc. They hit an impressive 85 percent of their free throws (22 made out of 26 attempts) and made eleven three-pointers over Cleveland’s seven.

On offense, Orlando showed versatility but struggled with field goal percentage overall; they shot only at a rate of approximately thirty-nine percent from field goals despite taking more shots than Cleveland did during this matchup (89 attempts for Orlando versus eighty-six for Cleveland). However, they compensated for this by making critical shots when it mattered most especially during fourth quarter where they scored thirty points sealing win against Cavaliers who could only manage eighteen in same period.

Cleveland Cavaliers put up strong resistance throughout game showcasing solid performance inside paint where they scored sixty-six points significantly higher than forty-eight managed by Magic indicating dominance in that area despite loss. Their defensive efforts were highlighted by ten blocks compared directly four blocks recorded by home team showing physical presence defensively though not enough secure win night.
