Magic Overcomes Pacers in a Close Encounter at Kia Center

Magic's Key Performances


Franz Wagner was undoubtedly the star of the night for Orlando Magic, contributing significantly with 29 points, six assists, three rebounds, one block, and one steal. His performance was crucial in securing this tight victory for his team. Goga Bitadze also made notable contributions with 12 points and an impressive tally of 12 rebounds along with two blocks. Jonathan Isaac added to the defensive effort with eight points, eleven rebounds, and three blocks.


Orlando showed their strength on both ends of the court. Defensively they managed to block ten shots compared to Indiana's six and outrebounded their opponents with a total of 56 rebounds against Indiana's 51. Offensively they were efficient from beyond the arc hitting thirteen three-pointers at a rate of thirty-four percent.

Pacers' Efforts


Despite falling short in this encounter, Indiana Pacers displayed commendable resilience throughout the game. They led for twenty-eight minutes fifteen seconds but couldn't maintain their lead towards critical moments of play. The Pacers had balanced scoring efforts from their roster but struggled with field goal percentage at thirty-eight percent which ultimately hampered their ability to keep up on scoreboard.


Indiana did excel in free throw accuracy achieving eighty-nine percent success rate from line which kept them competitive till end stages of match-up.
