Magic's Offensive Prowess


Franz Wagner led the charge for Orlando with an impressive performance, scoring 23 points on 53 percent shooting from the field and perfect from the free-throw line. His contribution was pivotal in establishing and maintaining the lead against Boston. Paolo Banchero also made significant contributions with 15 points and six assists, demonstrating his versatility and playmaking skills.


The team's efficiency on offense was evident as they outscored Boston in every quarter but one. With a total of 23 assists, Orlando showcased their ability to share the ball effectively. Their bench played a crucial role as well, contributing a remarkable 47 points to secure this win.

Celtics Struggle Against Magic Defense


On defense, Orlando limited Boston to just 76 points, significantly below their season average. The Celtics struggled offensively throughout the game, shooting only 39 percent from field goals and an abysmal 18 percent from three-point range. Despite efforts by Jaylen Brown and other key players, Boston could not overcome Orlando's defensive intensity.


Orlando capitalized on turnovers as well; scoring 25 points off turnovers compared to Boston’s ten highlights their defensive aggression and opportunistic playstyle.
