The Magic held a 13-9 record, while the Spurs boasted a 15-6 standing. The first quarter saw a competitive start as Orlando put up 29 points, closely trailing San Antonio's 31 points. Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Orlando struggled to maintain their momentum, scoring only 20 points compared to San Antonio's 27. Despite this setback, Desmond Bane contributed significantly with his shooting prowess and assists. The Silver and Black capitalized on their opportunities to extend their lead.

Third Quarter

The third quarter witnessed a resurgence from Orlando as they scored 30 points. Jalen Suggs showcased his defensive skills by securing multiple steals that energized the team and kept them in contention. However, despite their efforts, they could not close the gap entirely as San Antonio added another 28 points to their tally.

Fourth Quarter

In an intense fourth quarter showdown, Orlando rallied by scoring an impressive 33 points in an attempt to overturn their deficit. Wendell Carter Jr.'s presence in rebounds was crucial during this period as he fought hard under the basket. Nonetheless, it was not enough to surpass San Antonio’s consistent performance throughout all quarters.

Despite outscoring opponents in fast break situations and dominating inside with paint plays totaling up to 64 points overall for O-Town Magic – it wasn't sufficient against Spurs' balanced attack which ultimately secured them victory at home court finishing at a narrow margin of just two-point difference:114-112 favoring visitors from Texas side who now improve further upon already solid season stats line (16-6).
