Second Quarter

In the second quarter, both teams displayed solid defensive strategies. The Magic managed to extend their lead slightly by scoring 24 points compared to the Rockets' 21. Paolo Banchero showcased his versatility with impressive assists and rebounds, helping maintain Orlando's momentum. However, despite their efforts, Houston began finding its rhythm towards halftime.

Third Quarter

The third quarter saw a shift in dynamics as the Rockets came out firing on all cylinders. They scored an impressive 38 points while limiting Orlando to just 27 points during this period. This surge was led by effective shooting and strategic plays that caught O-Town Magic off guard. Despite Wendell Carter Jr.'s commendable performance under pressure with key rebounds and blocks, Houston managed to close in on Orlando’s lead.

Fourth Quarter

Heading into the final quarter with only a narrow margin separating them from Red Nation, Orlando fought hard but struggled against H-Town’s relentless offense which added another 32 points to their tally. The game ended at 113-108 in favor of Houston after several intense exchanges on court where both teams exhibited remarkable skill levels.

This matchup highlighted some game-changing plays for both sides; however it was ultimately decided by how each team capitalized on opportunities presented throughout different quarters - something that will be crucial for future encounters between these two competitive squads.
