Analyzing their past three games reveals some of the challenges and potential that the team possesses. In their latest encounter against the Dallas Mavericks, despite being on home turf, they succumbed to a 128-114 defeat. This game highlighted both their offensive prowess and defensive vulnerabilities; while they managed to score efficiently from inside the paint with a 54 percent success rate and from free throws at an impressive 80 percent accuracy, it was not enough to secure victory.

The previous away game against Sacramento Kings saw them fall short again with a scoreline of 120-105. Although they demonstrated strength in bench scoring with 40 points contributed by non-starters and maintained good shooting efficiency within the paint (58 percent), turnovers were costly as they gave up possession on fifteen occasions.

Earlier still, in another away game versus Portland Trail Blazers which ended narrowly at 109-104 against them, there were signs of resilience as they led for over half of the match duration thanks to strong fast break performance (87.5 percent) and points in paint (62). However, once again turnovers proved detrimental coupled with below-par three-point shooting (21.7 percent).

As we look ahead to this upcoming contest against Indiana Pacers on January 22nd at Footprint Center in Phoenix Arizona fans can expect an intense battle where every possession will count. The Suns will need to capitalize on their ability to score inside while tightening up defensively if they wish to come out on top.
