In their last match-up against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the Trail Blazers fell short with a score of 91 to 128. Despite a strong second quarter where they scored 37 points, they couldn't maintain that momentum throughout the game. Their field goal percentage was just 37 percent and they were outrebounded by eight boards.

Another encounter with the Timberwolves saw a closer game but still resulted in a loss for Portland, finishing at 109 to Minnesota's 121. The team showed improvement in assists and bench points but turnovers continued to be an issue.

Against the New Orleans Pelicans, Portland managed only 84 points compared to New Orleans' 93. While they kept pace in terms of rebounds and points in paint, it was not enough to secure victory.

The upcoming game presents an opportunity for redemption as well as challenges. Playing away from home can be tough but focusing on reducing turnovers and improving shooting percentages could be key factors for success against Memphis.

The Grizzlies have been formidable opponents this season and will undoubtedly put up a strong fight on their home court. For Portland fans hoping for an upset win or at least a competitive showing from their team, keeping an eye on player matchups and strategic adjustments throughout the game will be crucial.
