First Quarter

The opening quarter saw the Blazers struggling to find their rhythm as they trailed behind with only 21 points compared to the Magic's 25. Despite Shaedon Sharpe's efforts, contributing significantly to Rip City's offense, it was clear that Orlando had set a formidable pace early on.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, Portland attempted to close the gap but found themselves outscored again as O-Town Magic extended their lead by adding another 38 points. Deni Avdija showcased his versatility for Rip City by scoring and assisting effectively; however, it wasn't enough to counteract Orlando’s offensive surge.

Third Quarter

The third quarter brought some hope for Rip City as they managed to score an impressive 30 points. Donovan Clingan was instrumental during this period with his defensive prowess and rebounding skills. Yet, despite these efforts and Kris Murray’s efficient shooting performance from inside the arc, Portland still lagged behind by a narrow margin.

Fourth Quarter

As both teams entered the final stretch of play in Moda Center at Portland, tension mounted. The Blazers fought valiantly in an attempt to overturn their deficit but were ultimately unable to surpass Orlando's consistent scoring ability throughout all quarters.
