Sacramento Kings Outmaneuver New Orleans Pelicans in a Game of Precision at Golden 1 Center

In a closely contested matchup, the Sacramento Kings emerged victorious over the New Orleans Pelicans with a final score of 123-118. This win brings the Kings' season record to an even 26-26, while the Pelicans face a challenging path ahead with their record now standing at 12-40.

Kings' Key Performances


The game was highlighted by standout performances from several Kings players. Domantas Sabonis led the charge with an impressive double-double, scoring 27 points and grabbing 16 rebounds. His efficiency on the court was notable, shooting at a rate of 56 percent from the field. Keegan Murray also made significant contributions with his defensive play, blocking three shots and securing eight rebounds in addition to scoring 19 points.


Zach LaVine's performance was another critical factor in securing this win for Sacramento. He added 22 points to his team's total while distributing five assists and maintaining an offensive rating that underscored his impact on the game's flow.

Pelicans' Effort


Despite their loss, the New Orleans Pelicans showed resilience throughout the game. They managed to lead by as much as 20 points at one stage and had impressive fast break statistics, converting nine out of eleven attempts into points. Their effort in paint was also noteworthy; they scored 58 points compared to Kings' 56.
