The Frost Bank Center witnessed an offensive showcase as both teams combined for a total of 245 points. The home team San Antonio Spurs started strong, leading by as much as 12 points during the game and maintaining control for nearly half an hour on the clock. Their offense was firing on all cylinders with an effective field goal percentage of 58 and converting on nearly two-thirds of their two-point attempts.

The Spurs' bench contributed significantly to their scoring efforts, adding 37 points to their tally. They also matched their opponents in fast break points at 19 each but were slightly less efficient in these transition opportunities. On defense, they managed to block five shots and came away with eight steals.

Assists were another area where the San Antonio team shone brightly; they racked up a total of 33 assists which is indicative of their collaborative play style. However, turnovers proved costly for them as they gave up possession nineteen times which led to eighteen points for Dallas.

On the other side of the court, Dallas demonstrated why they are formidable opponents this season by maintaining composure under pressure and securing seven more rebounds than San Antonio at fifty-five total rebounds. Their bench depth was evident too; contributing forty-seven points towards their win.

Dallas's defensive effort included three blocks and six steals while drawing twenty-three fouls from San Antonio players which allowed them multiple trips to the free throw line where they scored seventeen out of twenty-three attempts.
