In their last meeting with the Golden State Warriors on March 31st, the Spurs fell just short, scoring 113 points to the Warriors' 117. Despite this loss, there were positive takeaways for San Antonio. They demonstrated an ability to maintain a high scoring pace throughout all four quarters and showed resilience by leading for over 22 minutes of game time. Their three-point shooting was impressive at 40 percent accuracy, while they also excelled in fast-break situations with a conversion rate of 70 percent.

However, turnovers were a thorn in their side as they gave up possession on 19 occasions which translated into points for the opposition. This is an area that will need tightening up against OKC's aggressive defense.

On March 30th against the New York Knicks in an overtime thriller, SAS emerged victorious with a scoreline of 130-126. Their offensive output was remarkable; they shot an efficient 54 percent from the field and dominated inside with a paint shooting percentage of over seventy-two percent. The bench contributed significantly too, adding thirty-eight points to help secure this much-needed win.

The most recent away game for SAS was against Utah Jazz on March 28th where they managed to secure a win with a score of one hundred eighteen to one hundred eleven. The team led almost wire-to-wire thanks to stellar ball distribution that resulted in forty assists and effective shooting both from beyond the arc (48 percent) and within it (53 percent two-point field goal percentage). Defensive efforts were also notable as they blocked seven shots and kept turnovers equal with twenty-one apiece.

As SAS prepares for OKC, it's clear that maintaining offensive efficiency while reducing turnovers will be key factors if they wish to leave Paycom Center triumphant. The Thunder will not make it easy; known for their dynamic playstyle and ability to capitalize on mistakes.

Looking ahead at what might unfold when these two teams clash – expect SAS’s offense led by young talents who have shown flashes of brilliance throughout this rebuilding season – aiming to outpace OKC’s own formidable scorers.
