First Quarter

The opening quarter saw both teams struggling to find their rhythm offensively. The Timberwolves managed to edge out a slight lead, scoring 22 points compared to the Spurs' 21. Despite this narrow margin, it was clear that both teams were still warming up and feeling each other out on the court.

Second Quarter

The second quarter was where the Silver and Black truly shone. They exploded for an impressive 48 points, showcasing their offensive prowess and taking control of the game. Keldon Johnson played a pivotal role during this period, contributing significantly to his team's scoring efforts. This surge allowed San Antonio to establish a commanding lead by halftime.

Third Quarter

In response, the Wolves came back strong in the third quarter with an aggressive offense that netted them 40 points. However, despite their best efforts and Anthony Edwards leading from their side, they couldn't completely close the gap created by San Antonio's earlier performance. The Twolves' defense struggled against De'Aaron Fox's playmaking abilities as he orchestrated several key plays for his teammates.

Fourth Quarter

As both teams entered into what would be a tightly contested final quarter, Minnesota attempted another comeback by adding another substantial tally of 39 points but fell short as time expired on them once more due largely because Victor Wembanyama’s defensive presence inside proved too much even though he is currently sidelined due injury concerns which limited him throughout most parts here today; meanwhile Lindy Waters III chipped away steadily alongside others ensuring no further slip-ups occurred down stretch thus sealing victory ultimately when all said done here tonight!
