Second Quarter

In the second quarter, both teams maintained a high level of intensity. The Spurs continued their offensive momentum, adding 31 points to their tally. However, Red Nation began to find their rhythm as well, matching San Antonio's efforts with 32 points in this segment. Despite Houston's pushback, Victor Wembanyama showcased his defensive skills for San Antonio by securing rebounds and blocking shots effectively.

Third Quarter

As play resumed after halftime, both teams seemed evenly matched in terms of scoring capabilities. Each side managed to put up 22 points during this period. For the Silver and Black, De'Aaron Fox played a crucial role by facilitating plays and keeping up pressure on Houston’s defense. Meanwhile, H-Town relied on strategic ball movement to stay within reach.

Fourth Quarter

The final quarter saw a dramatic shift as Red Nation surged ahead with an impressive 29-point performance while holding San Antonio to just 14 points. This late-game rally proved decisive for Houston as they overturned what had been a consistent lead held by the Spurs throughout most of the game duration.

Despite valiant efforts from players like Julian Champagnie who led his team in scoring previously with notable efficiency ratings; it was not enough against an energized Rockets squad that capitalized on key turnovers during crunch time moments.
