San Antonio Spurs turn the paint into a runway against the Miami Heat at Kaseya Center

San Antonio Spurs moved to 54-18 after a 136-111 result over the Miami Heat, who slid to 38-34 at Kaseya Center.

First quarter


The San Antonio Spurs opened with 38 points in the 1st quarter while the Heat scored 31.
