Defensively, Toronto held its ground as well with nine blocks and three steals contributing to their defensive efforts. They managed to limit turnovers significantly better than their opponents, giving up possession only fifteen times compared to seven for Atlanta.


On the other side of the court, despite being outdone by Toronto's sharpshooting and rebounding efforts, Atlanta put forth a commendable performance offensively. They shot nearly half from both field goals and three-point range at percentages rounding up respectively at 48 and 44 percent.

The Hawks also demonstrated strong playmaking abilities with thirty-two assists but struggled defensively against Toronto's potent offense as evidenced by allowing fifty-two points in paint against them.
