Recent Trends

The Toronto Raptors have been navigating through a challenging season, with recent games highlighting both their resilience and areas needing improvement. Despite a spirited effort, the Raptors fell short in their last outing against the Memphis Grizzlies, with a final score that underscored their defensive struggles. The game against the Grizzlies saw them allowing 155 points, a figure that speaks volumes about their defensive woes.

However, it's not all grim for the Raptors. In another recent game against the New York Knicks, they showcased their offensive capabilities by putting up 125 points. This performance was marked by an impressive shooting efficiency from both inside and beyond the arc. Their ability to convert on fast-break opportunities and score in the paint was particularly noteworthy.

Against the Houston Rockets, although ending in a narrow defeat, Toronto demonstrated tenacity. They managed to keep pace with Houston's scoring but ultimately couldn't overcome their own turnovers which proved costly.

Looking Ahead

As they face off against Atlanta Hawks at home soil of Scotiabank Arena on December 29th at 6:00 PM EST - viewable on TSN and FDSSE networks - maintaining focus on tightening defense while capitalizing on scoring opportunities will be crucial for Toronto.
