In their last game on February 9 against the Phoenix Suns, despite a high-scoring second quarter where they put up 38 points, UTA fell short with a final score of 115-129. They managed a commendable field goal percentage of 44 percent and were able to convert 34 percent from beyond the arc. However, their defensive efforts were not enough as they allowed the Suns to lead for over 47 minutes and shoot an impressive 59 percent from the field.

Looking back at UTA's performance on February 7 against Oklahoma City Thunder reveals a more favorable outcome with a victory of 124-117. The team showed great offensive depth with bench contributions totaling an impressive 45 points. Their shooting was efficient across all fronts – achieving a field goal percentage of 52 percent and sinking free throws at an outstanding rate of 90 percent.

The matchup against Milwaukee Bucks on February 5 also ended in favor for UTA with a scoreline that read an assertive123-108 victory for the home side. A strong fourth quarter saw them outscore Milwaukee by an overwhelming margin which ultimately sealed their win. This game highlighted Utah's ability to capitalize on second-chance opportunities as they scored19 points from such situations.

The upcoming clash will test UTA's mettle as they face GSW who are known for their dynamic playstyle and sharpshooting abilities. To secure another home win, Utah must leverage its bench strength effectively while tightening up defensively – especially around the perimeter where GSW can be particularly lethal.
