The game, held at Amon G. Carter Stadium, saw the Air Force Falcons dominate on both sides of the ball. The home team's offense amassed a total of 379 yards, with a significant contribution from their rushing attack which accounted for 276 yards over 67 attempts and scored three touchdowns. The longest rush was capped at 34 yards, showcasing the relentless ground game that kept moving chains and clock alike.

The passing game was efficient as well; although only seven attempts were made through the air, four were completed for an impressive total of 103 yards and one touchdown pass that connected for a notable distance of 68 yards. This aerial effort contributed to four first downs and boasted an outstanding quarterback rating of approximately 228.

On special teams, the Falcons' kicker was perfect on the day with one field goal made from within the range of thirty-nine yards out. However, there was a slight hiccup as one extra point attempt got blocked out of four tries.

Defensively, Air Force showed its might by recording two sacks and applying consistent pressure resulting in two quarterback hits. They also managed to defend two passes effectively but did not record any interceptions throughout this contest.

In terms of discipline on both sides, it was relatively clean with only two penalties against Air Force totaling twenty penalty yards while maintaining possession for over forty minutes which helped keep their defense fresh and aggressive throughout all quarters.

The Baylor Bears had moments where they shined as well; scoring seven points in the second quarter followed by eight in the fourth quarter showed their resilience despite being down early after failing to score in both first and third quarters where they allowed nine points initially then fourteen subsequently after halftime break respectively.

As fans look forward to future broadcasts featuring these teams next season or perhaps even during postseason play depending on bowl selections or playoff brackets – it is clear that this particular football game has set high expectations moving forward due to its display of effective ground control by Air Force coupled with timely defensive stops when needed most against Baylor's efforts trying desperately catch up late into fourth quarter action before time ultimately ran out on them here today under Texas skies.
