One player who has been a standout performer for the Baylor Bears is quarterback Zach Smith. In the last three games, Smith has thrown for an average of 263 yards per game, with a completion percentage of 35.3 percent. He has also thrown three touchdowns and three interceptions. While his completion percentage may not be ideal, Smith has shown great potential and the ability to make big plays for his team.

Another player to watch out for is wide receiver Blake Lynch. Lynch has been a reliable target for Smith, with four receptions and 148 receiving yards in the last three games. He has also scored two touchdowns and recorded two first downs. Lynch's ability to create separation from defenders and make crucial catches will be vital for the Bears' offense.

On the defensive side of the ball, linebacker Clay Johnston has been a force to be reckoned with. In the last three games, Johnston has recorded one tackle and one sack. His ability to disrupt opposing offenses and make impactful plays will be crucial in stopping the high-powered Oklahoma offense.

While Baylor Bears have some standout performers, they will face tough competition from the Oklahoma Sooners. Quarterback Baker Mayfield has been exceptional, throwing for 331 yards per game with a completion percentage of 62.9 percent. He has also thrown four touchdowns without any interceptions.

Running back Abdul Adams has been a key contributor on the ground for the Sooners, averaging 63 rushing yards per game with a touchdown. Wide receiver Jeff Badet has been Mayfield's go-to target, recording five receptions for 82 yards in their previous game.

Based on their recent performances, it is clear that both teams have talented players who can make a significant impact on the game. The Baylor Bears will need to rely on the strong play of Zach Smith and Blake Lynch to keep up with the explosive offense of the Oklahoma Sooners.

The game is scheduled for September 23, 2017, at 10:30 PM UTC and will be broadcasted on Fox Sports 1. Fans can expect an intense battle between two skilled teams as they compete for victory.
