At Sonny Lubick Field at Canvas Stadium, the Boise State Broncos showcased their offensive might by amassing a total of 633 yards. The team's rushing attack was particularly dominant, contributing 310 yards to the overall count. A highlight of this ground dominance was an explosive 70-yard touchdown run that left fans and opponents alike in awe.

The passing game for the Broncos also proved effective as they accumulated 331 yards through the air. Four passing touchdowns were recorded, with one covering an impressive distance of 48 yards. The quarterback's performance was noteworthy with a passer rating of approximately 138 and completing over half his passes.

Special teams played their role efficiently as well; Boise State executed all eight extra point attempts successfully and added another three points through their lone field goal attempt from within the range of 39 yards.

Defensively, Boise State managed to sack Colorado State's quarterback twice and forced two turnovers including one interception which they returned for no gain but it helped shift momentum nonetheless. They also recovered one fumble during the course of action on Saturday night.

The Rams put up a valiant fight despite falling short on home turf. Their offense kept pace throughout most of the game scoring consistently across all four quarters and even into overtime before ultimately being outscored by seven points in that decisive period.
