Looking back at the game on November 26, 2022, against Utah Utes at Folsom Field, the Buffaloes scored 21 points with a total yardage of 185. Despite losing with a significant margin and ending the season with only one win and eleven losses, they showed resilience in their play. The defense managed an interception and returned it for 56 yards while also forcing a fumble which they recovered themselves.

In another tough game against Washington Huskies on November 20, 2022, Colorado managed to put up only seven points but demonstrated some defensive capabilities by intercepting once again and achieving three punts inside the twenty-yard line out of five attempts.

The most promising performance came on November 12 against USC Trojans where despite another loss; they scored seventeen points and showed improvement in both offense and defense. They completed three red zone attempts successfully for touchdowns and made all two fourth-down attempts count.

These snippets from past games reveal that while COL has struggled overall this past season; there is an underlying tenacity that could come into play against TCU. Their ability to execute in critical situations like red zone offenses can't be overlooked.

TCU Horned Frogs will be no easy opponent as they boast better records from previous seasons; however, football isn't played on paper but on turf where anything can happen. It's crucial for COL to capitalize on every opportunity if they wish to upset TCU's rhythm early in the game.

The upcoming match scheduled for September 2nd at Amon G. Carter Stadium promises to be an exciting encounter between these two teams as part of college football's opening weekend festivities. Fans eager to support their team can catch all the action live on FOX starting at noon local time (4 PM GMT).
