The Seminoles started strong, leading the first quarter with 14 points against the Panthers' 10. However, as the game progressed, the home team struggled to maintain their momentum. The Panthers took control in the second quarter, adding another 14 points while limiting the Seminoles to just three. By halftime, it was clear that Florida State had an uphill battle ahead.

Despite a valiant effort by Florida State's defense, which managed one sack and forced one fumble throughout the game, they were unable to contain Pittsburgh's offense. The Seminoles' passing game faced significant pressure from Pittsburgh's defense resulting in seven sacks and three interceptions thrown by Florida State quarterbacks.

On a positive note for Florida State fans, their rushing attack showed signs of life with two touchdowns on ground including an impressive longest touchdown run of 88 yards contributing significantly to their total rushing yardage of 146 on 35 attempts. This performance showcased some potential for future games despite this loss.

Florida State's special teams also had moments worth mentioning; they successfully completed all kicking opportunities with a field goal made from an impressive distance of 47 yards and both extra point kicks converted after touchdowns.

However, penalties played a role in hindering Florida State’s progress as they accumulated eight penalties totaling up to 57 yards lost. On third down conversions though, they managed a respectable rate converting seven out of eighteen attempts but only succeeded once on three fourth-down tries.

As for Pittsburgh’s performance during this encounter at Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium before an attendance crowd of just over sixteen thousand fans – it was marked by consistent scoring across all four quarters and effective use of possession time which ultimately led them towards victory over FSU.

Looking ahead for the Seminoles; they will be facing off against North Carolina State Wolfpack at Wayne Day Family Field at Carter-Finley Stadium located in Raleigh on November fifteen scheduled for kickoff around half-past seven PM Eastern Time. Fans can catch this upcoming game broadcasted live on ACC Network via satellite channel six hundred twelve.
