Second Quarter

In the second quarter, the Tribe took control by scoring two touchdowns while limiting Pitt to just one. Micahi Danzy was instrumental in this period, catching seven passes for a total of 133 yards and two touchdowns. His longest reception was an impressive 58-yard touchdown that showcased his speed and agility.

Third Quarter

As the third quarter unfolded, both defenses tightened up. The Seminoles managed to add only a field goal to their tally while conceding another touchdown to Pitt. Jake Weinberg's reliable kicking ensured that FSU stayed competitive with his perfect field goal attempt from 34 yards out.

Fourth Quarter

The final quarter saw Pitt rally back with determination, scoring twice more while FSU could only respond with one touchdown. Despite strong defensive efforts from players like Ja'Bril Rawls who led with eight tackles and Edwin Joseph who snagged an interception, it wasn't enough to stop Pitt's momentum as they clinched victory with a scoreline of 34-31.

The Florida State Seminoles post-match stats highlight key performances but also areas needing improvement as they now stand at a record of 3-3 for the season compared to Pittsburgh's record of 4-2.

Looking ahead, fans can catch the next game when FSU takes on Stanford Cardinal on October 18th at Stanford Stadium in California. The matchup is scheduled for broadcast on ESPN starting at 10:30 PM EDT.
