Punter Aidan Laros had an impressive performance with punts totaling 200 yards and managing to place two inside the 20-yard line, reflecting Kentucky's tactical field positioning efforts. Despite these individual efforts and achieving more first downs than their opponents (19 to Tennessee's total), penalties proved costly for Kentucky as they accumulated ten penalties resulting in a loss of seventy-one yards throughout the game.
